Do you offer custom/personalized designs?
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces for our customers. However, please note that the time and effort required for custom designs can vary. As a result, pricing for custom orders may differ based on complexity and resources. After discussing your requirements and providing a final design preview, we’ll determine the final price for your custom order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure your custom design meets your expectations. Feel free to contact us to discuss your personalized project!
When will my order ship?
Most of our items are made to order (unless otherwise stated) and typically require 1-5 business days to prepare before shipping. We kindly ask for up to 7 days to be safe. Thank you for your patience!
Why isn’t my tracking information showing movement?
Once a tracking number is assigned to your order, it has been handed off for transit, either by us or one of our printing partners. Please allow 24-72 hours for initial scans to reflect in the tracking. “Pre-Transit” simply means your package is awaiting a scan from the carrier. Reaching out to the carrier (or us) about the tracking status will not expedite this process. Please be patient.
Can I cancel my order or change my address?
Due to our commitment to processing and fulfilling your order as quickly as possible, it’s often challenging (and sometimes not possible) for us to cancel or make changes to orders once they’ve been submitted. If your order was placed within the last 1-3 hours, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or adjust orders once they are in the process of fulfillment, have tracking information, or are in transit.
Return To Sender/Incomplete Addresses
Your order will be shipped to the exact address you provide. It’s your responsibility to ensure that the address is accurate, complete, and current. If your order is returned due to an incomplete or improper address, you’ll be expected to cover the cost of re-shipping once it arrives back and any postage due upon our retrieval of it from the post office.
Some of the items in my order are missing. Where are they?
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately for various reasons, including different printing partners, processing times, on-hand availability, and stock levels. Each item will receive tracking information when ready, at no additional cost to you. You can find the tracking information in your order details under “My Purchases.”
What if I have an issue with my order?
We handle order issues on a case-by-case basis and are committed to resolving them promptly. Our numerous shop reviews demonstrate our dedication to customer satisfaction. The best way to get help is by communicating with us directly via private message and providing photos of the issue(s).
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a warranty for any manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to us with details and photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Can I return or exchange my item?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unused and unopened items. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please contact us for return instructions and to initiate the process.
How do I care for my tech accessories?
To ensure your tech accessories last as long as possible, clean them with a soft, damp cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals. For phone cases, MacBook cases, and iPad cases, handle them gently to prevent scratches or damage.
